The Creative Community Corps (C3) of VolunteersThis program is designed to instill a spirit of civic responsibility while providing students opportunities for personal growth and enrichment. Securing a volunteer position is much like finding a job. Students present their talents and successfully complete assignments. Some students volunteer in their chosen fields gaining résumé and portfolio enhancement. For example, our students became book illustrators, character creators, brochure designers, and animal housing fabricators through their volunteer experiences. Other students choose to work in areas far from their profession, yet close to their hearts. CCAD Scholarship students are required to complete 20 hours of volunteer service for each year of scholarship acceptance, but all students are welcome to be C3 Volunteers. Any non-profit organization or company offering pro bono work to benefit a non-profit will satisfy scholarship requirements. Please read the policies and download a C3 Hours Verification Form to record service. CCAD Volunteers are everywhere…
