Access your CCAD GoMail account

Degree-seeking CCAD students are assigned CCAD GoMail accounts that you can keep even after you graduate from CCAD. Powered by Google's GMail service, each GoMail account provides email messaging plus additional free Google services including Calendar, Chat, Documents & Spreadsheets (free web-based word-processor and spreadsheet applications), and more.

This can be a consistent address to put on a resume or to keep in contact with friends, family, and your favorite CCAD faculty and staff members!

Sign in to GoMail Here!

About your account:

  • Your email address is printed on your CCAD Student ID Card, in this form: username@go.ccad.edu
  • Please enter only the Username when logging in—do not enter @go.ccad.edu!

Your initial password is set to the last six digits of your Government ID number (US Social Security number), without dashes.

  • Once you log in, change the password for your new e-mail account.
  • Individuals who do not have a US Social Security number (or anyone who does not know their number) should ask a CCAD staff member in the One Stop, Student Activities, or Admissions offices. Please understand that we cannot provide your password through email.

If you have any questions or would like to share your thoughts, contact the Information Technology office at 614-222-6174 or through e-mail.

Email Accounts for Incoming Students

New BFA students enrolling for the Fall of 2007 will be assigned GoMail accounts when you attend a summer orientation session. During orientation, you will schedule classes, get acclimated to the campus, meet fellow students and faculty, finish up important paperwork, learn about the Columbus community, and receive your student ID card, GoMail and IQ.Web account username and password.
