The Higher Education Council of Columbus (HECC)HECC is a consortium of 11 colleges and universities in Central Ohio, established to develop programs that benefit its member institutions and the community at large. If you are a full-time CCAD student interested in taking a course not offered at CCAD, the HECC program allows you to enroll in one course per term, not to exceed three courses during your college career, at one of the following colleges: Capital University, DeVry University, Pontifical College Josephinum, Mt. Carmel College of Nursing, Franklin University, The Ohio State University, Otterbein College, Central Ohio Technical College, Columbus State Community College, and Ohio Dominican University. Your enrollment and grade appear as part of your CCAD transcript and all grades earned are included in your GPA. For information on this program, contact One Stop Student Services at 614.222.3295.
